Manchester United are ready to make a move for Fiorentina striker Moise Kean, according to SportMediaSet. The former Everton striker has a release clause of €52 million in his contract at Fiorentina, and Man Utd are willing to trigger it.
Kean joined Fiorentina from Juventus in the summer of 2024. The 25-year-old Italy international striker scored 25 goals and gave three assists in 44 appearances this season. Fiorentina finished sixth in the Serie A table this campaign with 65 points from 38 matches, five points behind fourth-placed Juventus.
Man Utd ended the 2024-25 Premier League campaign in 15th place in the Premier League table with 42 points from 38 matches. Ruben Amorim’s side reached the final of the Europa League, but the Red Devils lost it 1-0 to Premier League rivals Tottenham Hotspur in Bilbao, Spain. The Red Devils need a top-quality striker to launch a genuine challenge for a top-four finish in the Premier League table next season.
