West Ham United are ready to sell Mohammed Kudus in the summer transfer window, according to Football Insider. The report has claimed that Liverpool are interested in the Ghana international forward, adding that the Hammers would sell him for £70million.
Kudus has an £80million release clause for Premier League clubs in his contract at West Ham, but the London outfit are willing to offload the 24-year-old, who can operate as an attacking midfielder or winger, for £70m. Liverpool view Kudus as a ‘definite’ improvement on many of the current forwards at Anfield, according to the report.
The Ghana international star has been on the books of West Ham since the summer of 2023 when he joined from Ajax. The forward has scored three goals and given two assists in 27 Premier League appearances for the Hammers so far this season. In the 2023-24 campaign, Kudus scored eight goals and gave six assists in 27 league starts for the London outfit.
